  We have had a couple really good experiences here in the past but I wish we had read the recent reviews before we decided to visit again. Our server was nice but the food took a very long time to hit the table. Once it did, our children's orders were incorrect. They came back with very small plated portions of the right item. We suspect they took a single portion from another plate and split it as in the past this particular side was served in a different dish with remarkably large portions. When dining out, I expect more than Kraft mac and cheese from a box but that is what they served them. Our entrees came before our salads which we had to ask another server to bring. My wife's asparagus was mushy, bland and nearly inedible. Her steak was under-seasoned and flavorless. The chopped steak was good but the server didn't offer sauteed mushrooms and onions despite it being an option on the menu. The veggies in the salads (when they finally came) were far from fresh with squishy tomatoes and wilted greens which was worsened by the fact that they were overdressed. I know our waitress could see that we were less than impressed but her choice was to do nothing instead of try and salvage our dining experience. Honestly, there isn't anything she could have done. Logan's prices are great, we can feed our family of four for around $35 including tip. That said, you get what you pay for. I'd rather spend a little more and have a good meal than try and get a bargain and end up with a sub-par meal and a staff that doesn't care about trying to make it better.
  
  Edited to add: I appreciate your response. I tried to call your customer service number but it is a digit short. I looked at your responses to other reviews and found the number. After a long wait to talk to a representative, I decided the was nothing I could gain from further contact. I don't see you refunding my money and I have no interest in a gift card. My opinion of your establishment stands, we will not be back.

  Service here sucks. Waited for 20 minutes before we decided to leave because they didn't even bother to come and take our drinks' order. When walking out the hostess didn't ask us what was wrong, she didn't notice that we were dissatisfied with their service and just wished us a good day.

  We went on New Years Eve 2016. It was a HORRIBLE experience. No napkin with silverware on table, we asked for silverware & finally took it from another table, no rolls brought to table until we asked even tho we were told rolls would be brought when we were first seated. Entree's served separately. I got my salad After my entree. It was soaked with dressing. Cesar salad had no shredded Parmesan cheese on it. Waitress got some for me to put on my salad. I ordered grilled shrimp on bed of rice pilaf (not pilaf as I know it) had no seasoning. I asked for cocktail sauce, but they didn't have any & said they would get me some drawn butter which I did not receive. The manger came to table & asked if everything was ok which I said, No. Told her I never received the butter and she said, "you have to ask for it". Which I replied, "I Did". I could hear her yelling, "where's that drawn butter?" I finally got it. The waitress was new & wasn't hired to wait tables, but that's where the manager put her. The kitchen is responsible for how the meal comes out. They have terrible management!! We only went there because we had gift cards. We will Never go there again. Texas Roadhouse is our favorite & we've Never had a bad experience. Oh, the restroom was Horrible & falling apart with regard to wood & paint. Dirty
