  The restaurant is very clean, very pleasant staff, and my food was brought to me in a timely fashion with a special order plus I added on to my order at the last minute and this was on a crowded day. I proudly give them 5 stars. I will be back. This is one of my favorites, thus far!

  We went on a Friday night, my family of four, our friends and their kids. The restaurant was clean, smelt great and was not busy. Our server Olivia was quick to get our drink order and was friendly to the children. However, she could not keep our drinks filled. I had to ask for a refill and it was brought to me in a go cup. The coffee my friend ordered, wasn't even warm. We asked for silverware and after not getting any even after our food was brought out, we had to go around and collect them ourselves from neighboring tables. There was a miscommunication about a meal ordered so it was completely left off leaving one of the children without a plate. A sausage link I ordered was pink in the middle and soft so I didn't eat it in fear of becoming ill. Lastly, after being seated we were informed that the promotion advertised on TV was not valid at this location (children eat free 4p-10p). I would not recommend this IHOP and I will not return.
