  We went with my wife to this new Outback and so far has been the best experience for us from other Outbacks we always go. The new waitress team was fantastic. Every single person was attentive, nice, friendly and professional. The food was simply perfect. Temperatures, presentation, consistency, timing, size, flavor, and moisture of the bread, salads, steaks, and desserts were right on the point. Hopefully over the next week's or months they don't decline as other restaurants do after they gain more customers. Great experience!! Thanks.

  My husband and I were wanting a blooming onion and salad from Outback one evening last week. We went to our local Outback and they were so busy that they could not accommodate us. My husband checked Google to find the nearest Outback to us and it showed this location by the Riverchase Galleria. We drove to this location, and as we were getting out of our car, one of the employees there told us that they were currently closed for training. We told him that we had driven 20 plus miles to visit them and what we had wanted to order. He asked us to wait for a few minutes. When he came back he offered us 2 salads and 2 blooming onions free of charge for our trouble. The manager delivered these personally and gave us 2 coupons for 2 more onions and also invited us to attend an reserved time/night for a complimentary meal for 4 of us as well. We attended the Friends and Family night on 10/9/16 at 7 p.m. and had the most enjoyable experience. We were seated at Table 71 by the kitchen. We can do nothing but compliment each and every staff member that attended us during our visit. From your manager, to your staff trainer, to Brittany, our waitress, to all the kitchen staff- everything was wonderful. We will definitely spread the word to family and friends of our very positive experience and we will definitely be back to dine again at your location. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful employees! Thank you for such a great experience!
