  Went through the drive-thru shortly after the reopened and my order was so wrong it would have been laughable if I wasn't hungry and in a hurry. Wrong size fries, wrong drink, no ice, and missing items. Decided to give them another chance two days ago. Pulled up to the drive-thru and no one ever came on the speaker. I waited a good long time. Then I pulled up to the window, still no employees. I never saw anyone... ever. Eventually I gave up and went next door to Zaxbys. I don't know why the service has been so poor since they reopened but it's just not worth the trouble.

  We have been back to this McDonald's a handful of times since the remodel and every time the service has been horrible. Not receiving the order in a timely manner (I mean waiting 15 minutes for food), the staff is very unfriendly, and no one seems to be concerned about helping people. Each time there has been an issue with either the service and/or our food. We will NOT be going back to this location.

  Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit through the drive thru. Got my food and started going down the road. I opened up my biscuit and there was a massive hair stuck to it, clearly noticeable. So I had to turn around and go back. I went in and showed them the biscuit and asked for a new one. I looked in the kitchen(as far as I could) and the 2 employees I could see working in the kitchen were not wearing hair nets. So I got my new biscuit and went to my car. I took a bite of it and it was ground beef and not sausage. So I go back in and get a refund, but now I'm hungry and have wasted 15 minutes with this and still have to go somewhere else to get food now. The employees never once apologized for the mess up or seemed to care that it was wrong.
