  I normally LOVE this location, however after using the online ordering, being charged more for extra items on my sandwhich... only to have it picked up and instead of extra cheese there was NO CHEESE. I still love the store but the online ordering is worthless.

  The veggie is a good sandwich but what differentiates this place from other Sandwich chains are the employees. Watching somebody clean the meat/cheese slicer thoroughly when a vegetarian sandwich is ordered, offering to melt the cheese even though it is officially a cold sub, apologizing profusely when they ran out of bell pepper, all qualities I appreciate and don't really expect from a chain store.

  I like Jersey Mike's a lot, however this location has high turnover and apparently little training. I typically order using the app, as it prints specific instructions and should eliminate errors. Well, it doesn't. If I didn't live so close to this location I would not come here.
